Mandate that a Bacon Bar be featured at my Wedding, in lieu of a standard meat carving station.

I want to replace the traditional meat carving station at my wedding with a Bacon Bar that includes: chocolate covered bacon, mini BLT's, chicken wrapped in bacon, bacon mac n' cheese, and bacon corn bread. However, I am facing some resistance from my family and need to show them how much a bacon bar is wanted and needed.
