Promote a responsible, and hard working America by implementing government mandated birth control for individuals receiving specific forms of financial aid. Some examples of these programs would include unemployment, and food aid. Individuals would have to consent to the administration of birth control (methods of administration to be reviewed) before being eligible for aid. Once they are no longer in need of aid they they can remove themselves from the program. If the individual makes a decision to start a family, or simply to expand their current family they would no longer be eligible for these types of aid.
Upon removing themselves from the program they would not be eligible for these programs again for three years.
