Members of both the House and Senate should be required by law to serve the American people 5 days a week in Washington. As it stands, while American's are expected to work a normal workday/workweek as part of a productive workforce, the same is not expected of our legislative branch even in times when getting critical pieces of legislation are hanging in the balance.
