we complain that murder is rampant. we are a nation obessed with jailing people & jails are overcrowded at our expense. if someone commits 1st degree, pre-meditated murder and is convicted, let that person die within 30 days. I believe swift capital punishment is a deterrent to our problem. we lock people up for this crime for too many years, e.g. charlie manson, who is still jailed from 44 years ago at our expense. if a person knows his/her crime's punishment will be swift, he will think twice before committing such a crime. I'm convinced this will work, if enforced.
