It is very frustrating when you call a company's customer service line and are forced to wait for an undetermined amount of time. The technology exists to estimate how long the hold time will be, but it is not yet universal. We can send a man to the moon and back, beat the Nazis, and extend health insurance to millions of Americans, yet we will never truly be a great nation until this challenge is met.
