We demand that members of Congress (House and Senate) remain in session for Not Less Than 305 days per year and limit Congressional recess to not more than 60 days per year. It is evident that the members are unable to perform the necessary duties to maintain the US government with the excessive time out of office therefore it should become law that Congress remain in session for the above specified amount of time.
