Mandate that congress pass a budget by the start of the fiscal year or forfeit daily salaries until a budget is passed.

This petition was written with the intent of creating a law that mandates that a balanced budget be passed by the first of each fiscal year. Failure by congress to do so will result in the loss of one day in wages for each member of congress, per day, until a balanced budget is passed. We the people elected these congressmen to do a job. There is no reason they should continue to be paid for failing to do the job they were hired to do. We the people are their bosses, it is not the other way around.
