mandate that congress, the President, Vice President and their families participate in the Universal Health care.

We the people of the United States of America respectfully request that the Universal Health Care law extends to members of Congress, the President, Vice President and their families. What is good for the People should be good for everyone. If it is not good enough then repeal it. Otherwise your participation in what you feel is good enough for the people should be good enough for everyone. No one should be exempt.
Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States
