Mandate all members of congress to stay in continual session without regard to recess, holidays, postponement, or any and all other reasons for delay, until such time as a deal and subsequent approval of such deal is agreed upon concerning the spending cuts and tax increases that are subject to take effect January 1,2013, also known as the fiscal cliff.
