Mandate Congress work a 5 day work week and eliminate Congressional retirement benefits after only serving one term.

Congress needs to lead by example. They must work 5 days a week and eliminate all their recesses. Two weeks leave once a year. It is unconscionable that our Congressional leaders/representatives only work a couple of days a week, serve one term and then get retirement benefits for life. The rest of Americans have to work at least 20 years or longer to get a retirement (if that even exists anymore). No more free rides for Congress. Health benefits/retirement/pay and work week should be like the rest of middle class Americans.
