We the people of the United States of America are tired and fed up with internet service providers misuse of funds granted by the 1996 Telecommunications Act. Which gave these companies tax breaks and funding to upgrade infrastructure. Instead these companies are sitting on these funds and demanding high-traffic websites pay for an outdated infrastructure. We demand these funds are used properly and improvements to our nation's internet such as fiber lines are instituted. This will further economic expansion and put us on par with much smaller GDP countries(ie. Estonia) in terms of internet speeds.
