Daylight Savings Time in the State of California starts every year at 2am on a Sunday. For example, on Sunday March 13, 2016 at 2am, clocks moved forward one hour from 2am to 3am.
For obvious reasons, we the People strongly believe that the start of Daylight Savings Time should instead occur at 4pm on a Friday every year. We hereby petition our government to help enact this important change into law!
