Too many animals are suffering because the animal welfare laws of Delaware are not being enforced. Anne Gryczon of Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary of Sussex County has prior acts of hoarding and repeating these same acts in Delaware. Gryczon is not obeying the law and has not provided the public with any statistics of any aspect of Safe Haven as stated in SB 280 . This must be stopped NOW.
