Mandate the Department of Veterans Affairs take final action on non-rating claims in 90 days or less.

Created by C.H. on July 29, 2015

Mandate by Executive Order that all non-rating VA claims must have final action taken in 90 days or less. If on the 90th day following receipt of all required and requested documentation a final decision cannot be made, and interim approval or favorable action will immediately take effect. This would allow veterans to have administrative type actions take effect sooner, and allow VA claims processors to prioritize caseloads to focus on rating-claims or cases that have more impact on the veteran.
