If the people, governor and other elected representatives of Texas feel it necessary to question the honor of US military forces of this nation in conducting an official training exercise, then that state does not deserve to be represented or protected by those same forces. To not only imply but support the idea that a training exercise by our combined military services is an attempt to overthrow or attack the state of Texas is so deeply insulting to every active duty military member and this veteran. I would rather see Texas secede from the nation then be defended by those dishonored military personnel and services. Therefore, I petition the President and the Dept of Defense to exclude all military facilities from the upcoming Operation Jade Helm 15.
