1. Doctors should be required to spend a minimum of 30 minutes with each patient
2. Doctors should be required to treat the patients with respect despite their mental health status or medical diagnoses.
3. Doctors should be required to answers all the patients questions and patients should be required to fill out a form for each visit specifying why they are there, what medications they need refilled and what questions they have for the doctor.
4. Doctors should not be allowed to discriminate against a patient that has Medicaid or Medicare and should be required to accept Medicaid and Medicare as soon as they receive their medical license.
