The President should immediately mandate the Department of Defense to provide for all aspects of each Veterans funeral. This includes providing, by that Veterans Branch of Service, a 21 gun salute, Taps, and Folding / Presentation of the Flag to the next of kin. A minimum of 7 riflemen / women, a Sgt to command the line, a Bugler and Overall supervisor and two flag folders will be provided by the appropriate branch of service. This service, earned by the Veterans enlistment, will never again be infringed by the Department of Defense or its Service Branches. The right to these are already guaranteed, but at least one service branch has chosen for budged reasons to cut the 21 gun salute. This must be restored and all rights enforced forever.
