Latent functioning psychopaths have integrated themselves into society at all levels, laying dormant until they snap. If only they were recognized, noted and treated instead of being stigmatized and ignored, many recent tragedies would have been averted. In rare instances, psychopathic behavior at home is accepted or even promoted, the promoters unaware of how destructive they really are.
This petition calls for a National Psychopath Database similar to the Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Database only managed by the Department of Health.
Mental Health is a public issue and it needs to be addressed. There's nothing wrong with being a psychopath except for not letting people know you are.
