Random drug testing should be mandatory for all people receiving any type of government funds. A failed drug test should have the following ramifications:
1. First failed test, no federal funds for 3 months.
2. Second failed test, no federal funds for 1 year.
3. Third failed test, no federal funds for life.
Most working, tax paying Americans have to agree to random drug testing at their places of employment. If we should have to drug test to be able to pay taxes, the people receiving our tax dollars should have to drug test.
We need to break the culture in America that it's someone else that's responsible for feeding me, housing me, educating me, and providing healthcare.
