A Petition to equalize the application of mandatory drug testing to all members of any executive or legislative body that wish to apply mandatory drug testing to any and all members of their respective constituencies by virtue of their lack of financial resources, receipt of any State and/or Federal entitlement, or the temporary absence, however long, of gainful employment. This means that ALL members of the executive AND legislative branches of ALL STATES that mandate drug testing for people who receive ANY STATE AND/OR FEDERAL BENEFITS will be subject to THE EXACT SAME TESTING PROCEDURES, with which the subject citizens are required to comply.
