We the people, who have regualr jobs, are required to take ans pass drug testing to maintain and obtain employment. We the people pay taxes to support others in need. Regulatios need to be passed to ensure our tax dollars are not going to "support" anothers drug habit/addiction. These test need to be unexpected and "pop"/randomly performed.
Our tax dollars could be used elswhere; the minimal cost of drug testing would be far less than the assistance paid out to indivuals "using" the system to support their habits.
