Mandating drug testing for all recipients of federal, state and local financial assitance, with a positive test resulting in the loss of such assistance will not only save millions of dollars but will result in a substantial number of people actually deciding to quit using drugs. Seeing people using our tax dollars to buy drugs instead of supporting thier kids has become an everyday occurance and must stop.
