We would like a federal regulation be put in place mandating that mandatory drug testing be performed on all recipients of Welfare benefits. If testing positive for illegal substances, benefits be stripped immediately and can only be restored through reapplying.
In addition, we would like a federal regulation that prevents any persons accepting welfare benefits be stripped of their voting rights.
