This petition is inspired by the recent Oklahoma law passed that requires all individuals on government welfare programs to be drug tested regularly. If they fail the drug test, they will no longer receive welfare from the government.
The problem with welfare is entitlement. When individuals feel entitled to receive free handouts from people who work hard (middle class) it becomes problematic. The best way to test whether an individual is abusing their "privileges" of welfare is to examine if they are spending their money/lifestyle abusing their gifts. If they are abusing their gifts instead of seeking for work, then they will no longer be supplied with welfare from tax-payer dollars.
