Mandate drug testing for recipients of tax-payer funded social welfare programs.

Created by A.R. on January 17, 2013

Mandate random drug testing for recipients of tax-funded social welfare (unemployment, food stamps, etc.). Countless Americans are required to submit to drug testing as a condition of employment. This practice can help limit a major potential abuse of tax-funded social welfare. Having personally witnessed this abuse, it is inherently unfair to require personnel to submit to the testing as a condition of employment, including employment by the government, and not require it of individuals who are receiving money while not actively working.
