Mandate each Executive Order be reviewed and approved by a Supreme Court justice prior to being signed.

This petition is to request the implementation an additional checks and balance procedure pertaining to executive orders. The mandate could be before a president signs an executive order, it must be reviewed and approved by a sitting Supreme Court justice that was not appointed by the President who will sign the Executive order.
