In many states adoption records have been made available to members of the adoption triad and family members of those in the triad. This is important because it provides medical history, emotionally it is beneficial for members of the triad because it allows people access to the information that answers the question "Who am I?". This petition is designed to require all states make ALL adoption records, paperwork and original birth certificates available to adult adoptees or any member of the adoption triad.
