Those petitioning for citizens to be stripped of citizenship, exiled, or deported for exercising their guaranteed First Amendment right to petition the government, have been failed by our public school system. Their lack of knowledge regarding The U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, as evidenced by their petitions, is clear justification for their mandated re-education by qualified Constitutional educators.
