Due to the apparent misuse of congressional, judicial, and executive power; and the ongoing misuse of American tax dollars; we the people submit that all elected government officials be given a standard United States Constitution test, and they must pass with a minimum of 99% in order to maintain, or to take their given position.
Anyone who fails the test, must take a class on the constitution, and retake the test until they pass. This test should be given every 4 years.
Any elected official that does not know the foundation of what government power can or cannot do under constitutional law should not under any circumstances represent the people.
