Mandate the elimination of "pork" items from being included in all bills/laws filed for consideration before our government, thereby creating a "single subject" requirement. Any items included in a bill not directly relating to the main subject of the submitted petition would be required to be stricken from the petition. This would help to ensure that only the item specifically submitted for consideration, and directly related supporting sub-components, would be considered/passed, helping to eliminate the funding of non-related items buried within the requests, and forcing all "pork" items to be directly addressed separately.
