VOTER SUPPRESSION must be illegal at the federal level. No state may arbitrarilly create obstacles to voters. No elected official shall have the power or authority to sign into law anything that creates voter suppression. Any activity to supress the vote shall be considered a federal crime. Federal officials shall have the authority to arrest and remove any elected official or other employee of the state who is engaged in this unlawful activity. Elected officials, state employees. and their accomplices, identified as voter suppressionists shall be immediately removed from office and/or employment. Voter suppressionists' laws shall be revoked and their mandates shall be unenforceable.
