Mandate an employee separation health insurance program.

Created by J.J. on December 22, 2011

Mandate employers to provided their newly separated employees company funded health insurance for up to a minimum of six months after separation or until health insurance is established from new employment as long as the employee's separations is no fault of their own. This would be a non-cobra health insurance program paid by the employer to allow a separated employee to maintain health care coverage for themselves and family members. This would also be apart of health care reform stopping the need for certain government funded health care programs.
