Most other countries in the developed world offer some kind of minimum paid vacation leave for employees, but we do not. Help American families maintain work/life balance by bringing our standards up to par with the rest of the world.
Also, mandate paid maternity and paternity leave for parents. Paternity leave will allow men to take more responsibility for parenting and help close the income gap between men and women.
