We the people of the United States of America have been plagued by indecency in all forms since our inception, as we move forward in today's age and climate, it is important for us to remember that humans should not be the only species to bear the responsibility of maintain a modest society and surroundings. This is why we are asking our government to enact a mandate that will result in the immediate enforcement of all Animals wearing clothes at all times unless in their own private areas. We suggest penalties be fines, community service, counseling, and for repeat offenders, incarceration. This may seem funny to some but for the future generations we must act now to salvage the last remaining fragments of decency in this great nation.
