Mandate that ALL Elected Officals , City , County , State and Federal Goverment Must Pass a Pre Employment Like Drug Test and be Subjected to Random Alcohol / Drug Testing.
This Should Also be Extended to and Include All Corporate Officer and High Level Management Personnal that Employ More than 50 Employees and or those making in Excess of 500,000.00 Annual Income.
