Mandate every State use Jeb Bush's "A+ Plan"

Mandate that every state in the United States use Jeb's Bush's "A+ Plan" for their Education. Mandate standardized testing for every state. Mandate School Vouchers. Also, make more use of Virtual schools. Also, pay teachers based on how well their students do. Fire the teachers who's students do not do that well. This would be steps in the right direction in the Education Reform, that we need so bad.
