Currently, there are no limitations on how much toxic carbon pollution our vehicles can emit. The solution to America's pollution is Carbon Neutral vehicles. In order to pass yearly state inspections, vehicle owners should be required to show proof that the vehicle has been offset with an emission package.
Offsetting vehicle pollution and becoming Carbon Neutral is very simple and extremely affordable. No matter a vehicle's make, model, or age, there are packages readily available to offset its pollution.
In the face of climate change and growing levels of air pollution, it would be irresponsible not to act. Each vehicle should be Carbon Neutral. For around $8.50 per month, we can turn around the planet.
Mr. President, please consider mandating that all vehicles be Carbon Neutral.
