Every petroleum and diesel vehicle in the USA should be required to have a Carbon Dioxide Filtration System. This would reduce carbon emissions from cars - one of the largest sources of CO2 emissions. This is quite possible and very inexpensive. It would also encourage innovation in solving our environmental problems - instead of passing rash legislation that would hurt our economy.

28% of all US carbon emissions come from transportation. Almost all (95%) of the world's transportation energy comes from petroleum-based fuels, largely gasoline and diesel. So, this mandate would eliminate about 27% of all US carbon emissions overnight!
