A mandate of Fair and Impartial Judgement for both genders in all Court Family Courts Nationwide.

This petition is call for the White House to mandate that all family courts must be fair and impartial when deciding on family future if a parent must receive a substantial amount of support in order to be considered what is better for the child then that parent should deemed unfit. If as a parent you can't take care of yourself then you should be deemed unfit. If parent must fall back and rely solely on Government assistance they should be deemed unfit. They fact that a state is considered a for women or for men state that is unbalance and essentially unfair as law should be non bias. I call for the White House to step because for to long state government have been unable to correct this problem in the long run this only hurts our nations future.
