If TV does not cover school shootings except as a local issue, then they will decline. One of the shooter's motivations has got to be fame. Let us take that away under the same blanket of authority that is now enforcing profane language accidents. Let the FCC help discourage future school shootings by refusing to endorse global coverage of them except as local news.
