We the people demand that President Obama mandate that all investigations and prosecutions involving the death of a civilian at the hands of a police officer or law enforcement official be turned over to the federal government for investigation and prosecution. Or, in the alternative, that the US attorney's office, having jurisdiction over the locality, appoint a team of impartial, unbiased officers and a special prosecutor for the investigation and prosecution of the law enforcement defendant.
