Mandate federally funded drug testing for Unemployment, Welfare, Medicaid, Food Stamps and other entitlement programs.

Created by S.C. on November 13, 2012

Citizens who are covered under certain entitlement programs should be tested for drug use. Often times recipients of of these benefits abuse their financial compensation by engaging in under-the-table drug distribution. By cheating the system, these citizens take away the designed benefits of the hard earned dollars from taxpayers.

Also, since citizens who collect unemployment are mandated by law to actively search for a position, recreational drug use should be seen as a combatant of job acquisition.

Obviously, the law will be subject to provisions in order to deal with Medical Marijuana and legalized marijuana; however, in 48 states, citizens who are collecting unemployment, welfare, food stamps, or any similar entitlement plan should undergo mandatory drug screenings.
