Mandate that females must register for the selective service

Almost all male U.S. citizens, and male immigrants living in the U.S., who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service. A law was passed in 1948 that allowed women to enlist in the military. Let the requirement for Selective Service registration extend to females for all around equality.
