The "Do Not Call List" is not enforced. It only serves landline purposes. Blocking phone numbers for cellular phones requires a monthly fee. This is absurd. Scammers have thousands and thousands of numbers they use. The United States phone industry has proven it does not look out for the interest of the people; so, a law should be passed requiring all U.S. phone companies, landline and cellular, to offer free call blocking of unlimited numbers.
