Mandate Funding to create "Japan Cities" in America for Fukushima affected Japanese.

As regards the Fukushima disaster: Many Japanese are now afflicted with diseases due to, and have been forced to evacuate areas affected by the reactor failures at Fukushima Power Plant.
These Reactors were designed and sold to Japan by General Dynamics and General Electric; both American Corporations.
Direct that the US Congress provide the necessary Law to mandate the purchase of lands, by the two so-named Corporations [responsible parties to the disaster], to be utilized in providing refuge for those Japanese and their families who may be affected and request such refuge; and in areas which most closely resemble northwest Honshu Island.
