We, the people of the United States of America, request that our Second Amendment right to "Keep and Bear Arms" be freed from all restrictions that have been placed on it. It is a violation of the United States Constitution per the words "Shall not be infringed".
This would ensure everyone can protect the Free people of the United States of America from those that would do us harm, both foreign or domestic. History shows a disarmed population is destroyed easily by their own or a foreign government.
We request a Federally Mandated Gun Safety Course that would teach general firearm safety to ensure all who posses, understand how to use.
No American form of government can restrict any part of the US Constitution, aside from a Court of Law per the Fifth Amendment.
