Mandate that Grocery stores donate all foods that are past the ¨sell by date¨ instead of wasting it.

Every year US grocery stores waste millions of tons of perfectly fine food just because it has reached the ¨sell by date¨. This should not be allowed in a country where they´re still thousands of people who go hungry. Sign this petition to convince congress to act.
