The Gun Trust Fund, built on taxes on every sale, every manufactured gun, every bullet, will pay for those harmed by guns. Every manufacturer and seller of guns/ammo will pay into the fund. Billions of dollars in new taxes will allow us to increase the price of guns. Yes, we need everything else like gun show loophole closure, registration, etc. But a massive compensation fund will help to drive up the price. A larger tax (75%, say) on assault weapons until they can be banned from design/manufacture and buyback, will lead the way. Think cigarettes and alcohol taxes to pay for their damage.
