Mandate health insurances to contract the member on a sliding scale based on seven percent of the members income!

Mandate that insurance carriers are only to charge up to 7% of the members income for weekly premiums and 7% of the member's yearly income for a family deductible and 3.5% deductible for individual. Especially for low middle class income and those at low or minimum wage jobs. Also mandate the end of "Charity Care" for illegal immigrants.
