Mandate hospitals and other healthcare organizations to hire New Graduates.

There is an astonishing number of American citizens that have degrees, skills in the healthcare field, and are ready to work but can't get a job because they do not have at least one year of experience. Whether it be in nursing, imaging, or healthcare technology, thousands of new graduates in the healthcare field never get the chance to work, make a living, and provide a better life for their families because they do not have at least one year of working experience. For so many, success in completing college and getting a degree was achieved, but now they also have a ton of schools loans and no job. Let's continue to advocate and encourage higher education, but there's also a need for legislation ensuring students will have a job once they graduate.
